It is a garden tea made with herbs that easily become a bouquet when picked, but also become a tasty beverage when steeped together. Gently naturally sweet, with cooling, refreshing undertones to enjoy on long summer days. When steeped it becomes a gorgeous lavender-violet color, add a bit of lemon or lime to watch it turn to magenta! 

Lavender: known as the ultimate calming scent and flavor. There is research linked to Lavender’s ability to calm the entire nervous system, lowering anxiety and depression while lifting the mood. It can lower blood pressure and lessen general anxiety.

Peppermint: cooling and special in its ability to energize or calm depending on time of day. Soothing for digestion and tension throughout the body. 

Lemon Verbena: refreshing and delicious- both in aroma and naturally subtly sweet flavor. 

Hibiscus: another very refreshing flower to drink up with zingy, perfectly tart flavor. 

May be enjoyed hot or iced, but especially on long summer days we recommend steeping it for a long time in the sun, and pouring it over ice with a splash of lemon!
